itu lu ngutip someone's quote from BGG? agak bingung sih sama pertanyaannya, kayaknya agak kontradiksi. pertama nanya kiling zombies attact zombies? menurut gua mungkin karna pake pistol makanya dari noisenya jadi attract more of them? kalo nonton the Walking Dead sih ya seperti itu kejadiannya. tapi trus pertanyaan berikutnya Why doesn't noise attract more zombies? padahal kan buka pintu pake linggis aja dianggep bikin noise dan harus taro noise token? isn't that rulenya about noise? zombiesnya kalo ga ada los survivor lgs move menuju the closest zone yang ada noise token. CMIIW.

Mungkin ada sedikit misrule yang sangat critical di temanya. Ketika players attempt to kill / attack zombies, they must scream and shout or curse! So for thematic purpose...

Itu mah udah trope standar zombies. Zombies attracted to movement & smell of living flesh, tapi yang paling fatal itu noise karena noise itu jangkauannya jauh dan seketika.

Soal killing zombies attract more zombies itu sih gue bilang itu soal pacing. Game seperti Super Dungeon Explore juga pake cara yang sama. Left 4 Dead juga, meski rada kebalik... kalo lu lingering terlalu lama di suatu tempat ato do too well, directornya bakal ngelempar more zombies. Emang gamey, tapi dari segi design for effect menurut gue dapet kok. Banyak lagi contoh dari game komputer malahan, terutama dimana level musuh menyesuaikan level player character.

Intinya cukup gimana dia ngebungkusnya, dan harus dibuat sepraktis mungkin karena trackingnya di board game harus manual (dilakukan oleh player). Karena itu daripada pake separate timer ato semacam tension track, dijadiin satu sama exp track.

Pertanyaannya lebih ke retorik sih itu. Dia, sama kayak gua, mempermasalahkan perilaku zombie yang ga sesuai dengan trope-nya. Zombie di Zombicide seperti punya hive-mind yang pengen bales dendam karena mekanik danger level itu. Semakin banyak yang kita bunuh semakin banyak yang muncul, kayak pada pengen bales dendam.

Make pistol ato loud weapon apapun emang attracting zombie. Tapi noise sistem di Zombicide bukan buat nambahin jumlah zombie yg spawn, cuman ngarahin zombie ke hero doank, biar ga wandering around. Nah, dia mempertanyakan noise systemnya kenapa ga sekalian dipake buat nambahin spawn zombie.

Kalo di game lain, kayak fantasy nya SDE ato game dengan genre lain gue sih ga masalah. Tapi di zombie theme? can't accept that.

Dan sekali lagi gw tekankan kalo ini cuman personal taste, purely subjective. Gua setuju kalo dibilang design for effect mekaniknya works as intended. It seemingly keeps the game tense and challenging.

But It's still a mechanic that I don't like. The same reason I don't like Oblivion, Skyrim, and every Final Fantasy series after VII.

ahh ic ok ngerti deh bro maksudnya... dan rasa2nya gua ga terlalu masalah dengan mekaniknya, karna ini kayaknya tipe2 yg heavy dice rolling aja... just a fun game killing zombies...

iya retard sih itu, semuanya yg fully loaded dari KS. gua sih kayaknya ga perlu deh, yg basic aja dengan 6 character dah cukup. gua mau coba nyetir tanpa nabrak2 temen sendiri :lol:
