Hi,

Permisi.

Kami dari Batavian Studio sedang mencari seorang full time Game Designer.

Kami sedang mengembangkan game pertama kami, Grimm Odds dan akan memasuki tahap testing. Screenshot work in progress kami dapat dilihat di bawah.

Sampai game Grimm Odds direlease di awal tahun depan, tugas utama Game Designer kami lebih ke map balancing, placement resource items, documentation, dll. Sebagian besar game mechanic untuk Grimm Odds sudah terdesign dan walaupun kami tentu saja terbuka untuk masukan, saya lebih baik jujur kalau kemungkinan untuk perubahan besar game mekanik di Grimm Odds agak kecil.

Untuk game mechanic, anda bisa lebih berkarya di game kedua karena game kedua kami masih dalam tahap perencanaan/design.

Job Vacancy: Game Designer

Responsibilities:
- Development of design documentation for game flow and level layouts.
- Understand the asset pipeline and integrate assets into the game levels.
- Working using game editor to iterate and refine game flow and game mechanics.
- Bring new ideas to the table in regards to every facets of the game: flow, mechanics, user experience and more.
- Works closely with other designer, artists, engineers and tester to complete both design and implementation.


Requirements:
- Unquenchable passion for games and an excellent attention to detail.
- Passion for and broad knowledge of both pc and console games with an ability to critically analyze them.
- Understanding of basic 3D concepts
- Understanding of aesthetic as it relates to level layout and presentation.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, in both written and oral forms.
- Able to focus and work independently without micro-management.
- Able to take direction and accept critical review of your work.
- Willing to work in Jakarta, Indonesia.


Plus Value:
- Experience in modding 3D game
- Experience in using 3D editors (Blender, Maya, 3DMax, etc)
- Understanding of basic programming or scripting language.
