cerita donk pengalamannya nge-approach indie board games

(keluarga, terutama anak2, minta main terus2an berhari2).

Sekitar setengah tahun kemudian, Kickstarter nya siap (kemarin dilaunch).

Begitulah sekilas cerita nya.

Ohya, game saya sendiri aslinya game kecil (secara komponen) dan simpel (tapi ribut waktu dimainkan hehe) tapi kemudian diblow up oleh Travis jadi medium box Roar-a-Saurus ini. Game dadu simpel yg Travis cari akhirnya dikeluarkan juga oleh IBC yaitu Dragon Slayer (KS nya sudah funded sekian bulan yg lalu).

Cheers!
:)

Game diambil publisher lain: enaknya kita nggak usah ngapa2in, hampir semua bagian dihandle publisher tsb, tapi fee per-copy nya jauh lbh kecil dibanding kalau game dipublish sendiri.

:)

Roar-a-Saurus is nominated as 2014 Golden Geek Awards in the Children's Game category. Wooohoooo!
During playtesting, my kids are crazy about the game. We play the game everywhere, in the restaurant, at home, etc  It's noisy crazy fun :D

This is the second time ever my game is nominated (the first one is Dungeon of D nominated as 2009 Golden Geek Awards in Print & Play Category).

If you have enjoyed Roar-a-Saurus, you can vote it here: https://www.boardgamegeek.com/geekawards/boardgame
(As always, I don't vote or rate my own games)

May the best game wins!

Just to inform this great news:
Roar-a-Saurus will be released in China (with Chinese edition of the game) this year. You can see the Chinese cover here: https://www.boardgamegeek.com/image/2596663/roar-saurus

And hopefully another country will follow (still in discussion with IBG, the publisher of Roar-a-Saurus).
Cheers!
